”this is a nice decent hotel just 300mts walking distance from the beach and seafront promenade. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily and made up as a good standard hotel should. Breakfast with a selection of sweet and salty.

”The hotel is easily located on a Main Street and a few walking blocks from the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, But the bathroom is spacious with a great shower as well as a super comfy bed! Best sleep I've had in the south.

The Niagara hotel is located on Viale Crotone, one of the main streets of Catanzaro, less than 2 km away from the SS 106 Catanzaro Est exit and Catanzaro Lido FS Railway Station, 10 minute-driving distance from the Cittadella Regionale, Germaneto Mater Domini Hospital and Magna Graecia University, while Catanzaro city centre and Lamezia Terme are respectively 15 and 30 minute-driving distance.
The beach is a short stroll away, while bars, pharmacy, shops, bus stop and other services are just doorstep.
Centrally located, it is an excellent starting point to discover the surrounding areas.
